Remo Squillantini (1920–1996) – “Danseuse”, 1984
Figurative work attributed to Remo Squillantini, depicting a scene of dance/cabaret with female figures and male characters.
The work presents a composition rich in figures and warm colors, with soft brushstrokes and a painterly rendering typical of the artist’s production devoted to the world of show business and social life.
On the back there are handwritten indications relating to the title, the artist and the year, as well as the stamp of the gallery “Surprise Arte” of Nocera Inferiore.
The work is complete with its period frame, decorated with an antique finish.
Overall dimensions: about 90 × 110 cm, frame included.
