Italian Walnut Wall-Mounted Coat Rack with Shelf, 1980s

Italian wall-mounted coat rack dating from the 1980s, made in walnut and combining practical storage with the substantial appearance of traditional Italian furniture.

The design features four large turned wooden pegs set within a deeply moulded rectangular panel, a wide upper shelf, and shaped side supports. The layered mouldings, warm walnut tone and architectural proportions give the piece a strong decorative presence suitable for an entrance hall, dressing area or traditional interior.
