A fine ensemble of two original oil paintings depicting gallant scenes of the 18th century in opulent castle interiors (Grand Hall and Red Salon). Executed in a lively, refined impasto-impressionist painting style that is characteristic of Peter Otto Heim’s work.
​Both works are hand-signed by the artist (“P. Otto Heim”).
​On the backs there are original labels as well as handwritten inventory or title designations.
​Frames: Gilded, richly ornate Rococo-style display frames with beautiful patina.
