Splendid Omega Seamaster 300 ref. 166.014 from 1966, serviced and characterized by a level of originality that is particularly interesting.

The watch preserves the original Omega dial, hands, case, crown, movement, and acrylic crystal, never modified over the years. The dial is the one with which the watch was born and has never been repainted, re-printed, or retouched. Over the years it has developed a particularly interesting patina that, under sunlight, magnificently enhances its original tones. The dial shows no spots or signs of internal moisture.

The beautiful original crystal from birth is still present, without marks or scratches, and retains the characteristic small central Omega logo, practically imperceptible at first glance but perfectly visible upon close inspection.

The bakelite bezel has been completely regenerated impeccably, because these inserts, extremely thin and delicate, have been lost in the majority of examples over the years. The regeneration has been carried out while maintaining a perfectly homogeneous and coherent appearance with the watch’s vintage character.

The case measures 39 mm and comes with the original Omega crown.

It is equipped with the correct Omega 1035 bracelet with ends 6, the proper configuration for the reference. The bracelet is very nice and well preserved; one of the flexible links shows a slight looseness, understandable given the piece’s age.

Completing the watch is the original Omega box from the era, the one supplied with the early Seamaster and Speedmaster references, today very rare to find and particularly interesting for the collector.
