Giuseppe Perrone

Born on June 29, 1981 in Polistena (RC), he paints and lives in Taurianova (RC). As a child he begins to familiarize himself with drawing tools, but following his father's footsteps, in 1999 he earns the diploma of Surveyor. In 2003 he begins painting and in 2004 he decides to enroll at the Academy of Fine Arts of Reggio Calabria, but after almost a year he leaves the course due to his father's poor health. He works in the family technical studio as a surveyor until 2006, when after his father's death, he decides to devote himself entirely to painting. He combines a passion for Japanese comics, an admiration for Keith Haring's graffiti, and a deep love for Edward Hopper's work.
