Large vintage Capodimonte‑style vase from an Italian manufactory dating to the 1960s–1970s, in white glazed earthenware with neobaroque reliefs, hand‑painted polychrome medallions depicting mythological nymphs and detailed putti and acanthus motifs, honeycomb texture and gold triple‑firing finishes, model number 171 engraved in gold on the base; good overall condition with a natural patina and some chips on the octagonal base.

Large Vintage Capodimonte-style vase - Italian Manufacture from the 1970s - High-relief decoration and 24-karat gold leaf
Splendid and imposing vintage ornamental vase in Capodimonte style, authentic Italian artistic manufacture dating from the 60s/70s.
The piece is made of refined white glazed earthenware and is enriched with rich high-relief decorations in a neobaroque taste.
On the sides stand out multicolored medallions hand-painted with mythological scenes of nymphs and detailed motifs of putti and acanthus leaves.
The structure is characterized by an elegant honeycomb geometric texture and lavish glossy finishes in 24-karat gold leaf applied in a third firing.
At the bottom there is the model number 171, hand-traced in gold by the period decorator.
Conditions: The item presents overall good vintage condition, with a splendid and natural patina of time (craquelé) on the glaze. Note the presence of some chipping from wear on the octagonal base (loss of glaze and gilding), as widely visible in the accompanying photographic set that forms an integral part of the description.
