Paint­ing of an antique circular miniature dating to the first half of the 19th century, Empire style. It depicts the portrait of a man with a mustache and ceremonial attire, dark, decorated with gold buttons. The frame is made of ebonized wood, enhanced by a thin gold border. The clothing style recalls the formal attire of the early nineteenth century.

La cornice è in legno ebanizzato, impreziosito da un sottile bordo dorato. Lo stile dell’abbigliamento ricorda gli abiti formali della prima metà dell’ottocento.
