Produced by the House of Suntory, Hibiki 21 Years Old is a masterclass in the Japanese art of blending, bringing together exceptionally aged malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Maturation over at least two decades in a combination of American, European, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks yields a remarkably harmonious, bronze amber whisky.
The nose offers elegant aromas of cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana, and caramel. On the palate, it delivers a complex balance of sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot, and the distinctive exotic spice of Mizunara wood. The finish is exceptionally long and rich, leaving a lingering signature aroma of Japanese incense. Additionally, the iconic 24-faceted bottle design represents the 24 micro-seasons of the traditional Japanese lunar calendar, making it a centerpiece for any serious collector of Japanese malts and blends.
Condition: Excellent condition with no visible stains or damage on the bottle or box.
