Description from the seller
ULRICH GEY (1956)
Painting, sculpture and mixed media works as a self-taught artist. For 40 years, alongside my work, among other things as a self-employed designer for commission drawings, I passionately paint in all kinds of styles.
"The Yellow Chair" • 92 x 62 cm • completely hand-painted and signed acrylic -/ mixed media image on 380g canvas WITHOUT stretcher frame
with around 6 cm edge all around for framing by the buyer. The shipping is rolled.
"The Yellow Chair" is one of several paintings with the theme of a chair that, for me, signifies rest, pause, inner contemplation, but also anticipation, hope, and finally a soon "Now!" It is like a vacation for the brain and motivation at the same time. So: Now!
