A rare Seiko Credor Pacifique chronograph, reference GCBK997 / 6S77-0A10, distinguished by its striking carbon-fibre dial and integrated stainless-steel bracelet. Produced around 2000 as a limited edition of 2,000 pieces for the Japanese market, this model represents an especially distinctive chapter in Credor's sporty chronograph design.

The textured carbon-fibre dial creates a deep black-to-gunmetal appearance, complemented by contrasting yellow-orange chronograph accents and luminous applied hour markers. Three recessed sub-dials provide the chronograph functions and power-reserve indication, while the date window is positioned at approximately 4 o'clock. The integrated bracelet and substantial polished case give the watch a refined yet distinctly sporty character.

At its heart is Seiko's Calibre 6S77 automatic chronograph movement, a high-beat mechanical calibre operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and incorporating a column-wheel chronograph, date and power-reserve display. Credor's own documentation confirms the 6S77 as an automatic-winding movement with approximately 50 hours of running duration.

The combination of Credor's premium positioning, unusual carbon-fibre dial, integrated bracelet and limited Japanese-market production makes this a distinctive neo-vintage Japanese mechanical chronograph. The supplied photograph also shows a presentation box.
