This chess consists of a wonderful original frameless board of 35x35 cm which represents a map of all the places in which the events of the saga take place and a magnificent complete set of 32 original lead pieces hand-painted with a lot of details and very realistic. They represent the different characters of “The Lord of the Rings" movies. These pieces are quite considerable in size, ranging between 6.5 and 9.5 cm. Many of the pieces show on their base a unique reference for each piece where it shows the position of the piece at the beginning of the game: pawn, knight, bishop, rook, queen and king.
