AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

In the lower part the ground is almost black, and from there emerge leaves barely illuminated, slender stems of a cold violet that rise upstream. Higher up the light grows: the leaf impressions turn to gold, honey, amber, until saturating the upper part in a continuous and vibrant fabric. Some orange accents and a few blue-violet stains interrupt the warm dominance and keep it alive. The material is built up through accumulation, with short strokes that let the texture appear underneath and catch the light differently at every point. From this arises an image of restrained warmth, autumn fullness, serene and luminous.

Mara J. explores the beauty and intensity of nature and the human body, creating works that tell emotions and states of mind through light and form. Her landscapes evoke fluid and suspended atmospheres, where color and luminosity shape space, while human figures, delicate and introspective, become a means of emotional expression. Each painting is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of subtle sensations, where nature and the human being intertwine in a deep dialogue.
