Elegant solid brass ashtray dating from the mid-20th century, of Italian manufacture and origin. Characterized by artisanal craftsmanship typical of the mid-century, it features a pronounced patina of age with mixed oxidation and a rough, unpolished texture from sand casting. A central threaded pin wrapped by a black lacquered metal spear creates a slender and extremely elegant line. Top with a refined ring handle, designed to lift and move the object within rooms. Minimalist style and aesthetics, inspired by famous Northern European productions, predominantly Swedish (Gunnar Ander, Ystad-Metall) but also by Italian manufactories of the same period, such as Stilnovo.
