Description from the seller
Tressa Vintage FC Étoile-Sporting – Veteran Tournament First Prize – 1960s/70s – NOS
Rare and remarkable vintage mechanical wristwatch for men from the Swiss house Tressa Watch Co., based in Bienne. This piece features a customization linked to FC Étoile-Sporting of La Chaux-de-Fonds, a Swiss club founded in 1898, and appears to have been made as a commemorative or prize watch for a veterans tournament.
The dial is particularly interesting: at 12 o'clock there is an enamelled coat of arms in red, black and white, accompanied by the inscriptions “TOURNOI VETERAN” and “1er PRIX”.
A particularly original watch, probably made as a prize or commemorative piece for a veterans tournament.
