“Through the Depths” explores the sensation of movement through an imagined underwater space, where flowing blue forms appear to pass beneath and between complex textured structures.

Deep blue, turquoise and luminous cyan tones create a sense of changing depth and light. Smooth areas seem to open into the composition like currents or passages, while the pronounced relief forms a contrasting, almost organic structure around them.

The interaction between smooth gradients and highly textured surfaces gives the painting a strong sense of depth and movement. Depending on the light and viewing angle, the metallic and raised details reveal themselves differently, making the surface appear constantly changing.

The artwork was created entirely by hand using professional acrylic materials and mixed-media techniques on canvas. Each textured element was individually formed, making the artwork completely unique.
