The wine matures on the fine lees for a long time to develop its magnificent bouquet fully. Residual sugar 27.2 g/l, acidity 9 g/l.
Pale yellow in color. On the nose it presents a fascinating bouquet with aromas of yellow plums, pineapple, fresh mandarin notes and lemon zest. On the palate, the entry with vibrant acidity gives way to fruity notes, nuances of bergamot and mineral hints.
