AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in Saarland.

My enthusiasm for art began in the early 1990s with graffiti. Even then colors, shapes and the possibility to give my ideas their own expression fascinated me. This passion still forms the foundation of my work today.

What shaped me especially was my teacher and mentor, the artist Parscha Mirghawameddin. With him I learned to paint. His sense for colors, his eye for composition, and his artistic experience were of great importance for my development. As his student I could benefit from knowledge and a passion that continue with me to this day.

I am very grateful to Parscha for sharing his experiences with me and for supporting me on my artistic path. Learning from him was a special opportunity for me. On this basis I developed my own visual language and found my personal approach to painting.

Since 2015 I have been passionately dedicating myself to abstract art. I am especially fascinated by the squeegee technique: the interplay of color layers, the emerging textures and the surprising forms that give each painting its own character. In this, learned craft combines with intuition and joy of experimentation.

My paintings are meant to enliven spaces, evoke emotions and give their viewers long-lasting pleasure. Every work leaves room for one's own thoughts and discoveries. It is precisely this openness that makes abstract painting so special to me: a painting can mean something different for everyone and reveal new sides over time.

With every canvas I continue to develop my work – carried by my artistic roots, the valuable impulses of my teacher, and the desire to create something of my own.

The canvas is unstretched and is carefully rolled in a shipping tube. An authenticity certificate is included in the delivery.
