Exclusive bas-relief in natural marble entirely hand-carved, depicting a sinuous and energetic "Eastern Lake". The piece stands out for its extremely high level of detail and for an extraordinary and complex artistic finishing process aimed at recreating the appearance of ancient artifacts.
Technique and Craftsmanship (Archaeological Effect):
This piece is a unique work (Unicum), made without the aid of industrial machinery, automatic mills, or computerized CNC systems. The processing was carried out entirely in the old-fashioned way, using exclusively hammer and chisel. The strong light-dark color contrast highlights the natural micro-fracturing of the marble struck by the tool.
