Superb small wall sconce or hand-held mirror to hang, in solid bronze (or heavy high-quality brass, weight: 586 g).
Magnificent double-sided Rocaille / Neo-Rococo engraving work, adorned with volutes, flowers and reeds.
Authenticity elements:
- Original glass: Thick glass with a substantial hand bevel. The patina shows natural mercury specks, attesting to its authenticity.
- Engraved back: Decorated rear plate, fixed by 4 period screws with slotted heads.
- Mounting system: Wall suspension ring molded in the mass at the top of the frame.
