Bookends (2) - Silvered bronze - Antelope Deco Bookends

Interesting Deco-style bookends in silvered bronze with two stylized antelopes, France, circa 1930. The figures are elegant in perfect French Deco style, including the silvered finish and the choice of pink marble for the bases. The two figures in this case represent the male and female antelope. Generally good condition with normal signs of wear, patina discoloration in some spots, and slight chipping at the corners of the marble (see photos). Height 20 cm, width 15 cm.
