Patrícia Trindade (1989) is a Portuguese artist with a degree in Plastic Arts and a Master of Painting, both from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. Although she has devoted, over the years, herself to various painting series with diverse themes, the male figure has become the central element of her work. This has inspired various approaches and narratives — from the objectification of the body, to erotism, to homosexuality and voyeurism — which question the usual representations of virility and the passivity of genders in iconographic representations.
