The Bavarian State Library confirms exactly this edition: in-quarto format, published in Leipzig by Thomas Fritsch in 1711, in two volumes, with complete pagination up to 1222 pages + 22 index leaves.

Important point: the two volumes are here bound into a single volume. Open Library correctly describes the 1711 edition as “2 v. in 1”, 1222 pages.

The interior is: normally yellowed paper, a few foxing/stains, but the print is very readable. No major tears nor obvious missing parts. The title page with the Pegasus is indeed present.
