According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's value in 2021 ranges around 600-2,000 euros for his paintings and multiples prints, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors.
An impulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon. He explores several techniques, from Abstract Expressionism to Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to material projections in the style of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage, and to the expressionism of Karel Appel, which traverses the boundaries between abstract gesture and figurative representation.
But his signature remains that physical painting, the material worked with the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue.
An artist represented at the Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutch in the Netherlands. Listed by Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Maeght Atelier in 2005.
