Collection of Asmat objects from the collection of Jac Hoogerbrugge. Among them a beautifully worked box (48x16x4 cm). With characteristic Asmat motifs and an ancestor head. A snelhoorn (Fu, 41x6x6 cm), two braided and decorated belts (one with a collection number), a so-called sleeping shell (headrest), two nose ornaments made from pig tusk, and an amulet. One of the belts originates from the village Erma. All collected in the 1960s and 1970s.
