Wall plate (2) - Pair of Vintage Schumann Bavaria Reticulated Porcelain Cabinet Plates - Porcelain

This charming matching pair of vintage Bavarian porcelain cabinet plates features an octagonal shape with a beautifully crafted reticulated (pierced lattice) rim heavily accented in gold. At the center of each plate is a classic, romantic Fragonard-style Victorian courting scene depicting figures in a lush garden landscape. The central medallion is framed by a rich cobalt blue border decorated with intricate gilded filigree patterns. The reverse sides show clear porcelain bodies fitted with vintage adhesive disc wall hangers.
