Description from the seller
DAFNE
A female figure emerges from the darkness, wrapped in plant matter that seems to grow directly from the body. Flowers, leaves, and organic shapes intertwine with the skin until the boundary between figure and nature becomes uncertain. The body appears still, but the surrounding matter suggests a continuous transformation, as if something is slowly taking possession of its form. The delicacy of the flowers contrasts with the dark and almost unsettling presence of the environment. The figure remains suspended between beauty and unease, between what is human and what is about to become something else.
Important!!!! The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and sent. The support is at the buyer's expense.
Beyond the surface already specified, there will be a margin of 5 cm per side or more to allow easy mounting on the frame.
Seller's Story
Through my works, the body merges, fragments, and dialogues with the surrounding environment, creating dynamic images that reflect on the interiority and exteriority of man.
