Founded in 2020 in Savigny‑lès‑Beaune by Benjamin Guilbert and René Gillet, with 3.6 ha under organic farming. Guilbert trained at houses such as Haut‑Brion, De Montille, and Clos de Lambrays, and in a few years he has become one of the most sought-after producers in Burgundy.

Les Peuillets, 1er Cru
Originating from one of the most characterful premier crus in Savigny, Les Peuillets sits on the border with Beaune, on clay-limestone, pebble-strewn, well-drained soils with a higher proportion of gravel and sand: soils that give Pinot a combination of aromatic finesse and a delicate structure.
