Description from the seller
Rare original large-format poster dedicated to Pablo Picasso and his iconic symbol of peace: the dove.
This historical poster was created by the Ajuntament de València (Valencia City Hall) as a tribute marking the centenary of Picasso’s birth. It features a powerful minimalist line drawing of a dove carrying an olive branch, signed and dated 28.12.61, reflecting Picasso’s unmistakable graphic language and his universal message of peace.
A scarce and elegant piece of 20th-century art ephemera, combining modernist design, historical importance, and cultural significance. Produced in a limited institutional edition, this poster is rarely found on the collector’s market.
An exceptional opportunity for collectors of Picasso memorabilia, museum posters, graphic design, and modern art publications.
