Description from the seller
Size: 90 x 90cm
The painting is an abstract story about the passage of time, memory, and the layers of experience that create our inner history. Dozens of vertical, irregular structures intertwine like traces left by successive moments, emotions, and encounters. Warm shades of red, pink, copper, off-white brown, and gold dominate, broken by cooler tones of gray, blue, and green. This makes the painting both energetic and tranquil. Individual layers seem to permeate, revealing what lies beneath the surface—like memories that never completely disappear but remain part of our history. The vertical rhythm of the composition can evoke associations with forests, rain, light filtering through trees, or movement imprinted in matter. There is no single, obvious direction of interpretation. The painting leaves room for the viewer's own emotions and associations. It is a work about continuity and transformation. About how each successive layer of life does not erase the previous one but rather overlaps it and imbues it with new meaning. The distinct texture and multi-layered surface make the painting change depending on the light and perspective. Up close, it captivates with its rich textures and traces of gesture, while from a distance, it creates a harmonious, pulsating composition. This original, hand-crafted painting. Its warm, refined colors complement both natural materials and wood, as well as modern, minimalist interiors.
