This early 17th-century edition brings together the complete works of Cicero (Opera Omnia) according to the text established and annotated by the great humanist and French philologist Denis Lambin (Dionysius Lambinus), whose critical studies have become authoritative for the study of classical texts.

Two stout volumes in-8 (octavo) in full brown contemporary morocco, spine with raised bands decorated with compartments and title pieces. Wear from use, losses, headcaps and rubbed corners, but overall solid. Paper generally sound, numerous damp spots, careful typography in two columns, marks of ancient impressions and some scattered foxing."}
