Maikel Sotomayor’s original 2026 acrylic on canvas titled Fragmentos Caribeños IV - XXL is a unique landscape work (152 x 114 cm with a 5 cm margin), signed on the back, produced in Spain and sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
“Caribbean Fragments IV” stands as a visual and conceptual statement that explores Caribbean identity on its multiple levels. Through vivid colors, sensory textures, and the latent sonority in the work, this piece not only celebrates the Caribbean’s cultural richness but also invites reflection on how identities are constructed and lived in the Latin American space.
In this way, “Caribbean Fragments IV” is not just a work of art, but a statement that dialogues with Caribbean heritage and projects it as a source of critical reflection and cultural celebration.
