Description of Viña Tondonia Blanco Gran Reserva 2004
Viña Tondonia Blanco Gran Reserva is produced from grapes grown on 100 hectares of old vines (over a century old), situated at an average altitude of 450 meters on poor, clay-limestone soils rich in river stones.

Harvesting is carried out by hand during the month of October. Upon arrival at the winery, the grape clusters are gently pressed, and the must ferments on its lees in oak vats.

Following fermentation, the wine rests in used oak barrels throughout its 10-year aging period.
