Robo Hunter 5 y 6 - Robo Hunter - 2 Comic

Robo-Hunter – Lot of 2 vintage comics – Zinco Ediciones / MC Ediciones

Lot consisting of two copies of Robo-Hunter, a British science fiction and action series originally published in 2000 AD, one of the fundamental headers of British comics.

Includes:

* Robo-Hunter No. 5 – Zinco Ediciones, original price 100 pts. Cover signed by Gibson.
* Robo-Hunter No. 6 – MC Ediciones / Roger Hunter, original price 175 pts. 48-page colour specials.

Robo-Hunter narrates the futuristic adventures of Sam Slade, a professional robot hunter, blending science fiction, action, black humor and satire. The series featured some of the most prominent authors tied to 2000 AD.

The copies show normal signs of age and use, visible in the photographs, especially on edges, corners and spine. They are externally complete as can be seen in the images. An interesting lot for collectors of British comics, Zinco publications and Spanish editions from the 80s.

Authors of Robo-Hunter: the series was created by writer John Wagner and artist José Ferrer, though one of its most closely associated artists is Ian Gibson (whose signature, “Gibson”, is also visible on the cover of No. 5).

For Catawiki I would set as the title: “Robo-Hunter No. 5 and No. 6 – Zinco / MC Ediciones – 2 comics”.
