The lot includes:

Ornellaia 2015 “Il Carisma” – Vendemmia d’Artista
Special label created as part of the project commissioned to South African artist William Kentridge. The theme “Il Carisma” interprets the character of the vintage through strength, personality and expressiveness. Catawiki confirms that in the six-bottle cases from 2015 there was only one bottle with this special artist’s label.

Ornellaia 2016 “La Tensione” – Vendemmia d’Artista
Edition dedicated to the theme “La Tensione,” interpreted by American artist Shirin Neshat. One of the most recognizable editions of the Vendemmia d’Artista project.

Ornellaia 2019 “Il Vigore” – Vendemmia d’Artista
Edition dedicated to the theme “Il Vigore,” interpreted by the Swedish artists Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg, expression of the energy and vitality of nature. A single bottle with this special label was recently sold on Catawiki for €220.

All three bottles are 750 ml and feature original capsules, state duty stamps and special Vendemmia d’Artista labels.

The condition of the bottles is clearly documented in the photographs. Labels and capsules are in overall very good condition, with any minor signs compatible with storage and handling.

Bottles stored in a cellar.

A particularly interesting lot for Ornellaia collectors, great Bolgheri wines and Vendemmia d’Artista editions, bringing together in a single offering three different artistic interpretations."
