Rare 1906 French edition of the work of Henri Khunrath, compiled and commented by Papus and Marc Haven.
Published in Paris by G. Ficker in 1906, this edition reproduces the famous 12 original plates of Khunrath's Amphitheatrum Sapientiae Aeternae and provides the key and explanation.
A work of particular interest to collectors of Esotericism, alchemy, Kabbalah, Hermeticism, and the history of occult sciences.
An old copy, complete subject to verification of the presence of the 12 plates, with interior in very good condition. The plates are indeed present and feature Khunrath's famous symbolic compositions.
Original cover preserved, with signs of use and wear corresponding to the age of the work. See photographs for the exact condition.
