AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Crosscurrent
Acrylic on canvas · Diptych · 50 × 100 cm together (two 50 × 50 cm canvases)

Crosscurrent is a conversation between two contrasting moods. Deep blues and charcoal tones gather across one canvas, while warm ochre, red and turquoise bring light and movement to the other. A red line travels through both pieces, drawing them together even as each holds its own atmosphere.

Layers of sweeping brushwork, drips and exposed colour give the diptych a sense of motion, like two currents meeting. The work can be displayed with a small gap between the canvases, allowing each piece room to breathe while preserving the connection between them.

The original artwork is hand signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Both canvases are shipped rolled in a protective tube.
