Alexy Berthelot - cactus pool solitary 7BU

Painting on stretched canvas
signed on the back

Alexy Berthelot, a self-taught artist living in Geneva, presents his works, sometimes figurative, abstract or surreal. His work is based on an intimate and aesthetic universe.

His personal inquiry leads to a poetic and imaginative reading of the world view.

Colorful compositions with a reduced range tend to suggest a gentle melancholy and contained strength, often held by harmonic themes, sometimes contradictory.
