【Description】

This model is a faithful recreation of the watch worn by Murph, the protagonist's daughter, in the film "Interstellar" (2014). It belongs to Hamilton's "Khaki Field" collection, which is rooted in the brand's history of supplying watches to the U.S. military. It allows you to own the watch that played an important role in the film, in its original design.

The seconds hand is the defining feature of this model. The word "Eureka" is written on it in Morse code, and on close inspection you can see the sequence of dots and dashes along the hand. This detail comes from a key scene in the film, and it is a touch that those who know the film will notice when they pick up the watch.

The black dial features large beige Arabic numerals from 1 to 12. Around the outer edge is a minute scale with numerals at every 5 minutes, a layout that prioritizes reading the time at a glance, in true field-watch fashion. The hour hand is cathedral-style, and the beige areas of the Arabic numerals and the hour and minute hands are filled with luminous material. Their color is reminiscent of the aged lume on old military watches, and they glow green in the dark.

The movement is the automatic Caliber H-10, with a rated power reserve of approximately 80 hours. The see-through case back lets you watch the rotor, engraved with the "HAMILTON" logo and "TWENTY-FIVE 25 JEWELS SWISS", as well as the movement of the balance wheel. The front is fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

The strap is croc-pattern black leather with white stitching, stamped with HAMILTON. The buckle is an H-logo folding buckle, so the strap does not need to be bent each time you put the watch on or take it off, reducing strain on the strap. The 42mm case width gives the watch a substantial size on the wrist. Paired with the black leather strap, it is easy to wear with anything from casual outfits such as denim to jacket styles. 【Condition】

The bezel has minor scratches, but the sapphire crystal on the front is in clean condition. The dial, hands, and hour markers are also in good condition. The case front, sides, and case back are also in good condition. The strap and buckle are also in good condition. Please see the photos for details of the bezel scratches.
The watch has been confirmed to run. When checked again after the time was set, the time shown was correct. The luminous material on the Arabic numerals and the hour and minute hands has also been confirmed to glow.
