The Domaine: Domaine Pascale Rion-Delhautal works with a family, meticulous approach, aiming to best express the terroir and the identity of each plot.
Hubert Lignier Morey-Saint-Denis :

The wine at tasting: The nose opens to cherry, red fruits and berries, with delicate floral and spicy notes. The palate is soft and velvety, supported by a nice freshness and fine tannins. The finish is fresh and slightly mineral.
The pairings: It will pair perfectly with roasted poultry, a veal fillet, a grilled pork rib, or a mushroom risotto. On cheeses, it pairs very well with a Brillat-Savarin or a Saint-Nectaire.
The vintage: A generous and already approachable 2023 vintage, which can also age gracefully in the cellar.
