Description from the seller
Edvard Munch (1863–1944) Publisher Port Said Ediciones, Madrid '89
"Harry Graf Kessler" (1906) "Berlín • Punto de Encuentro" High-quality offset printing. 41x100 cm (Narrow XL / Banner size). Mint/Archive State
A high-impact and highly collectible original vintage exhibition art print titled Berlín • Punto de Encuentro (1989), featuring the iconic masterwork Harry Graf Kessler (originally painted in 1906) by the legendary Norwegian Expressionist master, Edvard Munch (1863–1944). This exceptionally rare poster was published in 1989 as a premium gallery release by the premier fine art imprint Port Said Ediciones (Madrid) in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Culture for a major exhibition at the Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. The powerful composition captures the sophisticated, psychological depth of the famous German count and art patron, masterfully rendered in Munch's signature emotional style against a fiery, vibrant ochre background. Meticulously rendered via high-quality vintage offset lithography on heavy, premium art stock in a striking and narrow XL banner format (41x100 cm), flawlessly replicating the rich textures and bold brushwork of the original canvas. Complete with historical exhibition typography and official publisher credits within the lower margin. A stunning centerpiece for any serious modern design, fine art, or mid-century interior collection, preserved in pristine, uncirculated MINT / Archive State.
