• Author: Thomas Salmon (originally written in English).
• Translator/Editor: Matthias van Goch, M.D. (translated and considerably expanded).
• Publisher: Isaak Tirion, bookseller at Nieuwendyk, by the Dam, in Hugo Grotius, Amsterdam.
