LORIN, Color Syntax, oil painting, original, 2026, depicting a female figure, 80 x 50 cm, signed, in excellent condition, Italy, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Original painting by LORIN, part of ongoing research into the human figure that emerges from tactile surfaces and color. Lorin's research focuses on the female figure as an emotional and symbolic space, where presence, identity and perception meet.
"Color Syntax" is born from the idea that color itself has its own syntax. In language, syntax determines how words combine and acquire meaning; likewise, colors completely change their perception depending on what surrounds them. An isolated color communicates something, but it is in the relationship with others that it builds a real language.
In the painting the orange, blue and purple do not seek natural continuity: they are very different colors, almost independent, and yet it is precisely their juxtaposition that builds the visual identity of the figure. The woman seems to belong to this system of contrasts, as if the color did not merely serve to dress or surround her, but became part of the way she is perceived.
- Originality: Each work is an original piece, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
- Condition: The work is professionally mounted on a wooden frame and is ready to hang, with no further interventions or processing required.
- Protection: Careful packaging with professional materials to guarantee maximum protection during transport.
- Shipping: Fast shipping. For shipments outside the European Union, delivery times may vary according to local customs procedures.
Some images may show the work inserted into illustrative settings to facilitate viewing in different contexts or with different framing solutions. Proportions are consistent with the actual dimensions of the work.
