Following the massive success of his initial folios, Fuchs collaborated with printer Michael Isengrin in Basel to produce these highly prized, field-practical editions featuring the same world-renowned illustrations scaled to a smaller format. Each print features beautiful hand-coloring in watercolor, meticulously emphasizing the anatomical details of the plants.

The two leaves illustrate two Narrow-leaved Early purple orchids and two Melissa plants.
