Organic wine
Grape varieties Old vines (1905) Carignan – 80%. Grenache – 20%.

Robe rich purple with violet highlights.
A nose of cassis and peony.
A refined and precise palate, with floral aromas and small red berries, and with a nice freshness.
Quite light tannins on a mineral backdrop, with notes of sap, cassis, and charcoal.
With a good length on the palate, this wine finishes with notes of red plum and cassis.
