Antique Banker's Safe "BANQUE" in Cast Iron/Bronze – Still Bank Epoca Prima metà del '900
Rare collectible piggy bank (Still Bank model) dating from the early to mid-20th century.
Measurements: 10 x 8 x 13 cm and weight 590 g.
It is made of heavy metal (cast iron/bronze) and finely reproduces a monumental banking building in an eclectic architectural style. The front is embellished with the raised inscription "BANQUE", a feature that makes this piece much rarer and more sought-after than the classic models with English wording. French production.
Characterized by a dramatic double-curved monumental entrance staircase, decorative columns at the base, and detailed geometric windows on two levels.
The roof scalloping (tile effect) is topped by a central upper pinnacle/chimney.
