Bazar Vaudois à Lausanne - Case - Oak

Very pretty antique box from the period with Art Nouveau style dating from the 1900s.

Made of oak wood, it displays a beautiful grain and a warm antique patina. The lid is particularly decorative with its four openwork brass corner pieces, adorned with sinuous and vegetal motifs characteristic of Art Nouveau.

In the center a metal handle for transport.

An old label from the "bazar Vaudois - Lausanne" attests to its sale in Switzerland in a fine shop.
