Les Misérables – Jean Valjean – EO 1995 – Eddy Paape – Grand dessin original + dédicace Michel Deligne
Very nice copy of Les Misérables – Part one: Jean Valjean, adaptation of Victor Hugo's work, drawn by Eddy Paape on text by Michel Deligne.
Original edition of March 1995, published by Le Droit d’Écrire.
Special feature of this copy
Particularly interesting copy, enriched on the title page with:
- a large full-page original drawing in blue pencil by Eddy Paape, depicting Jean Valjean with his hat;
- the drawing is dedicated to Robert, signed by Eddy Paape and dated 1995;
- a second handwritten dedication by Michel Deligne, also addressed to Robert and dated 1995.
The two authors of this adaptation are thus represented in the same copy: Eddy Paape by a major original drawing and Michel Deligne by a handwritten dedication.
