About the work:
The artist's works mainly depict men, captured in their intimacy, their vulnerability or their contradictions. Through them, she denounces certain masculine taboos and questions societal injunctions/customs.

About the artist:
Born in 1986 in La Louvière (Belgium), G. Carta lives and works today in France.
