Clos de Bèze is among the absolute icons of Burgundy. The vineyard lies directly next to Le Chambertin in Gevrey-Chambertin and is known for Pinot Noir with a remarkable combination of power, finesse, complexity, and an impressive aging potential.

The 2013 from Domaine Faiveley is now nicely mature and in an interesting phase of its development. The classic red and dark fruit increasingly makes way over the years for complex notes of spices, forest floor, leather, and earthy nuances, while the characteristic structure and elegance of this great Grand Cru remain.

Domaine Faiveley belongs to the historic top producers of Burgundy and owns important parcels in some of the region's most famous Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The combination of producer, Grand Cru terroir, and vintage makes this bottle particularly interesting for both the serious Burgundy lover and collector.
