The stainless steel case presents in honest vintage condition with preserved factory finishes, featuring brushed upper surfaces and polished flanks. The edges remain relatively well-defined, with light surface scratches consistent with normal wear. The smooth polished bezel is integrated into the case design and shows light surface scratches consistent with the rest of the case. The signed Omega crown is present, showing some wear and dirt accumulation in the logo grooves. The caseback features ACIER INOXYDABLE engraved on the interior. A domed acrylic crystal protects the dial, remaining clear with no major scratches or cracks visible, showing only minor surface wear typical of acrylic.
Movement
Powering this timepiece is the automatic Omega Caliber 552, featuring 24 jewels and the copper-colored finish typical of vintage Omega. The plates and bridges appear generally clean, while the rotor shows some surface spotting and wear. The movement is properly engraved with the Omega signature, caliber number, and matching serial number. The timegrapher records a rate of +1+3s/day. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece.
